The Chinese New Year startet on 5th February this year. To celebrate, we are having a chinese-themed month at Bruderholz. We have many meals planned which can be found in China such as Pekinese soup, Sweet and Sour pork and bean sprout salad. We’re also making decorations inspired by China. For example, the children crafted these brilliant fans and painted them in many bright colours.
