ylaa Densa Park
Unsere beiden Kinder sind bereits seit mehreren Jahren in der Kita ylaa Densa Park und wir waren bis jetzt immer sehr zufrieden. Die Kinder fühlen sich augenscheinlich wohl, gehen gerne in die Kita und werden toll gefördert. Das Personal ist liebevoll und fürsorglich mit einer klaren Linie. Die Kommunikation mit den Eltern ist immer sehr offen und transparent. Ein weiterer grosser Pluspunkt ist das Essenskonzept: jeden Tag wird vor Ort abwechslungsreich und gesund gekocht.

Das Erzieher/-innen Team in der Koala Gruppe ist sehr engagiert und toll im Umgang mit den Kindern. Unsere Tochter geht jeden Tag gerne in die Kita. Die pädagogischen Programme fördern aktiv die Entwicklung der Kinder, während die offene Kommunikation mit den Eltern Vertrauen schafft. Die Kita hat sogar einen eigenen Koch, sodass das Essen immer frisch und abwechslungsreich ist. Insgesamt eine wärmste Empfehlung für alle Eltern die eine liebevolle Betreuung für ihre Kinder suchen.

Our daughter has been in the Koala group since July 2023. We are very happy with how she has settled in and how she has adapted to the group. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and we appreciate the support and care they give Meri. The activities are varied, and we can see from her playing at home, the things she is doing (counting on her fingers, songs, people she talks about). We always get good feedback at the end of each day with how she has been that day. We also appreciate the extra effort the group are making to help with her current picky eating phase. We are very happy with the ylaa and the group.

We have two kids in the Koala group and we are very pleased. The kids enjoy going and always have a lot to tell in the evenings. The teachers put in a lot of effort, love and care. It is great to know our kids are happy and well cared for during the day.

I am extremely delighted to recommend the ylaa and the exemplary Koala Bears group under the group leader Natalia Louizidou. Our daughter Felicita joined the group about half a year ago and is excited to go there every morning. The group provides child-oriented activities which promotes the development and considers the children’s wishes. Next to indoor activities, the group visits playgrounds, the Basel Zoo, museums etc. on a weekly basis. During thematic weeks they get in touch with other countries, cultures and languages which also reflect the background of the children. I strongly recommend the ylaa for anybody who appreciates an outstanding childcare.

Our daughter has been at ylaa Bruderholz since she was 4 months old, and we are very happy and thankful of the care she has received from teachers and apprentices. Our daughter likes to go to daycare she often asks whether she can go on the weekends. She learned Swiss German, high German, as well as English well, and we learned many songs and dances to go with them. The teachers are patient, tentative, and loving. Thank you!

Unsere beiden Kinder sind seit 2023 in der ylaa Hauensteinstrasse betreut. Die Kinder werden liebevoll betreut und das pädagogische Angebot ist kreativ und abwechslungsreich. Wir bekommen immer ein ausführliches Feedback beim Abholen und unsere Tochter berichtet auch viel von ihren Erlebnissen in der Kita. Das bilinguale Angebot fördert die Englischkenntnisse der Kinder und sie singen gerne englische Lieder oder lesen englische Bücher zuhause.
Wir sind sehr dankbar für die vertrauensvolle Beziehung, welche die Erzieherinnen mit uns aufgebaut haben und schätzen die transparente Kommunikation. Wir können mit einem guten Gefühl arbeiten gehen, mit dem Wissen, dass unsere Kinder glücklich sind und tolle Lernerfahrungen mit gleichaltrigen teilen können.

I cannot recommend ylaa at Schönenbergstrasse enough. The providers are kind and caring, watching over my two children professionally and competently. My children come home happy and always with fun stories, new skills, or things they have learned. The communication with parents is top notch, leaving me not only comfortable with the quality of care and services, but also convinced that it’s an exceptional environment for my children in which to grow and develop. From helping to toilet train my youngest to cultivating an interest in reading with my kindergartner, ylaa has been an absolutely delightful addition to our family!

ylaa Hauensteinstrasse
Seit Oktober 2022 ist Clara Schneider in der Fuchs-Gruppe in den damals neu gegründeten Räumlichkeiten der Hauensteinstrasse. Seit dieser Zeit hat das Personal mehr oder weniger komplett gewechselt, aber wir können von allen Betreuerinnen und Betreuern damals wie auch heute sagen, dass wir bei allen ein sehr gutes Gefühl hatten und Clara gut betreut wussten. Dennoch sind wir froh, dass das Personal jetzt nicht mehr ständig wechselt und sich mittlerweile eine Kontinuität bei den festangestellten Betreuerinnen aufzeigt und für die Kinder damit auch etwas Ruhe einkehrt.
Clara kommt ab 11 Uhr zur Kita und damit direkt zur Essenszeit – leider isst sie nicht so, wie wir es gerne hätten und daher sind wir froh, dass sie Pasta, Reis, Kartoffeln auch „plain“, also ohne Sosse bekommen kann oder notfalls nach dem Mittagsschlaf mit Crackern versorgt wird. Wir denken, dass auf die Bedürfnisse unseres Kindes und den eigenen Charakter, den sie (und jedes andere Kind auch) hat so gut als dies in einer Gruppe möglich ist, eingegangen wird.
Die Mischung aus erfahrenen Betreuern und sehr jungen Auszubildenden oder Praktikanten in der Kita finden wir gut.
Clara mag Fingerspiele, Singen und Tanzen sehr gerne und sehr oft singt und macht sie Sachen zuhause, die sie offenbar in der Kita gelernt hat, das ist schön. Das saisonale Themen (Ostern, Weihnachten, etc.) entsprechend mit den Kindern behandelt werden, in Form von Basteln, Feiern, Singen usw. finden wir gut und passend sowie, dass möglichst täglich, wenn das Wetter es zulässt, die Kinder an die frische Luft kommen. Wir denken, dass das Tagesprogramm für die Kinder ausgewogen ist und sie sowohl mit Singen, Basteln etc. beschäftigt werden aber auch selbst Zeit haben, eigenständig zu spielen.
Alles in allem können wir sagen, dass wir unsere Tochter Clara bei der Kita ylaa bzw. den dortigen Betreuern der Fuchs-Gruppe in guten Händen wissen.

This last year we have seen our daughter flourish! We have noticed a remarkable happiness and development. We have been testimonies of no scars, while even in our own (very careful, and constantly attentive) four hands it was not possible to avoid a bump or two. We, together and individually, have experienced the most professional and careful exchanges with your employees. And our standards are set very high, reflecting also the kind of jobs that we have, thus the kind of expectations that naturally derive from our profession and personalities. However, your employees have exceeded these standards continuously, from the daily handling of normal days to outliers where a special care was needed (e.g. after long vacations, or developmental transitions).
